While all units in both buildings have breathtaking views of the beach, the higher units see the Intracoastal Waterway as well.
There is covered parking for unit owners and plenty of parking spaces for guests.
The quaint, charming town of Highland Beach is a 2.9-mile strip of beach situated between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The town has its very own police department, fire department and ambulance services. There is also a public library and a post office.
The town is mainly occupied by condominiums and exquisite homes. There is only one luxury hotel located in Highland Beach (known for its scrumptious brunch on the weekends). Our neighbors to the north include Delray Beach and its vibrant nightlife as well as restaurants located right on the Intracoastal. To the South of Highland Beach is Boca Raton with its outdoor amphitheater, shoppes, and restaurants.
Highland Beach is approximately 30-35 minute drive from two major airports, Palm Beach International (PBI) – which is North of Highland Beach and Ft. Lauderdale (FLL) airport (which is South of us).
