45 Ocean has two social rooms – one in each building with wall to wall windows overlooking the pristine Atlantic Ocean. Each room, recently upgraded and decorated in modern finishes, complement beach style living. Hues of blue and a fully furnished seating area with plush sofas and comfortable chairs are available for those occasions when you and your friends, family, and neighbors want to hang out and socialize (while gazing at the water).
Tables and chairs are set up in the eating area and can be arranged for your social room gathering. To accommodate your guests, extra tables and chairs are also available if needed.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances and includes a wrap around bar area complete with bar stools. Just outside of the social room is the barbecue station with two large grills and additional tables with umbrellas for shade.
The social rooms can be reserved ahead of time except for holidays. A small deposit is required – which is returned once the premises are cleaned.
Have your next gathering around our spectacular pool! The 45 Ocean heated pool is located on a huge deck overlooking the surf and beach. The pool area is equipped with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas for shade.
BBQ Area on Deck
45 Ocean Condominium offers a gateway and secure walkway to the beach, just steps from the pool area. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use by all residents and guests. A shower is located on the beach deck to rinse off and a hose for rinsing off beach chairs and equipment. Beach accessories like chairs and umbrellas are available for use.

An Apollo 7000 series multi function station is located in the 4505 gym and offers a complete workout experience.
Heated dry saunas are located just steps from the gym. The sauna room offers bathrooms and showers.
We welcome pets for unit owners. A pet includes two birds, one cat or one dog under 15 pounds. All pet owners are required to register their pet and pay a (refundable) pet deposit – and are required to follow the rules outlined in the condo documents and bylaws.
